PESSAT 2023 Exam Pattern is set by PES University. PESSAT stands for People's Education Society Scholastic Aptitude Test and it is a National-level online entrance exam conducted by the PES University, Bangalore, Karnataka. PESSAT is the foremost step for candidates who want to get admissions into PES University for Under-Graduate (UG) and Post-Graduate (PG) programs. Candidates must appear in PESSAT to get admission into B. Tech, B.Arch, BBA/BBA-HEM (BBA - Hospitality & Event Management), BBA, LLB – 5 Year Integrated Law Program, B.Des, BCA, MBA etc courses offered by PES University, Bangalore. PESSAT 2023 Exam Pattern
Candidates must be aware of the PESSAT Exam Pattern 2023 to know the complete question paper format of the PES University Entrance Test. As it will give the idea to the candidates about how the question paper will be and how much time should be divided within each section. Also, the paper pattern of the People's Education Society Scholastic Aptitude Test helps the candidates to strategise their preparation.
- PESSAT examination is a computer-based online examination that takes place near about April or May.
- Applicants should check the eligibility criteria properly before applying as any discrepancies will result in the cancellation of the application form.
- Candidates will be admitted to the concerned courses as per the marks secured by them in the exam. Therefore, they must study hard for the test and crack it by securing good marks.
Check the PESSAT Exam Pattern 2023 given below in detail:
- Exam Mode: The examination PESSAT 2023 is conducted in online mode for all the courses. An exception, B.Des. is conducted in the form of a pen and paper test.
- Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be asked in the exam.
- Medium: Exam is conducted in English medium.
- Duration: B.Tech. applicants have a duration of 3 hours i.e. 180 minutes. Other applicants have to complete the exam in 2 hours i.e. 120 minutes.
- Number of Questions: 180 questions will be there for B.Tech. courses. Whereas,120 questions for the rest of the courses.
- Marking Scheme: 1 mark is rewarded for every correct answer and there is no negative marking for the examination except B.Tech.
