UPSEE 2022(Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) syllabus is released by the UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination). UPSEE 2020 test is a State Level Entrance examination is organised to offer the admission of Postgraduate and Undergraduate course like B.tech, MBA, MCA, B.Arch, B.Pharma. All the candidates must prepare themselves according to the syllabus. Details of UPSEE 2022 Syllabus

The UPSEE 2022 examination is divided according to the applied courses into 6 exam papers (Paper I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII and VIII) which are described below: 

  • Paper I: (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry)
  • Paper-II: (Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology)
  • Paper III: (Aptitude Test for Architecture & Design) 
  • Paper IV: (Aptitude Test for General Awareness (BHMCT, BFAD, BFA, MBA))
  • Paper V: (Aptitude Test for Lateral Entry in Engineering)
  • Paper VI: (Aptitude Test for MCA/MBA)
  • Paper VII: (Aptitude Test for Diploma Holders in Pharmacy)
  • Paper VIII: (Aptitude Test for Diploma Holders in Engineering)

    • The Drawing Aptitude Test is aimed to evaluate a candidate for his understanding of Scale and Proportion; the sense of perspective, colour and; understanding of the effects of light on objects through shades and shadows
    • Ability to sketch a given object proportionately and rendering the same in a visually appealing manner
    • Visualising and drawing the effects of light on the objects and their shadow cast on the surroundings.

PAPER – 6 (APTITUDE TEST FOR MBA/ MCA)

The test is aimed at evaluating the verbal ability, quantitative aptitude, logical & abstract reasoning and knowledge of current affairs. The following is a brief description of the contents of the test paper.

Section A (English Language): Grammar, vocabulary, uncommon words, sentence completion, synonyms, antonyms, the relationship between words & phrases and comprehension of passages.
Section B (Numerical Aptitude): Numerical calculation, arithmetic, simple algebra, geometry and trigonometry, Interpretation of graphs, charts and tables.
Section C (Thinking and Decision Making): Creative thinking, unfamiliar relationships, verbal reasoning, finding patterns trends and Assessment of figures & diagrams.
Section D (General Awareness): Knowledge of current affairs and other issues related to trade, industry, economy, sports, culture and science.

UPSEE 2022 Exam Pattern

Candidate can check the UPSEE 2022 exam pattern in the given list below:

  • Mode of Exam: Exam will be in offline (pen and paper test) mode on OMR sheet.
  • Total Paper: There will 6 papers in the examination according to the selected courses
  • The medium of Examination: Hindi and English
  • Type of Questions: Objective Type Question
  • Total Questions: 150 Question
  • Duration: 3 Hours (180 mins) for each exam
