How to Download TS PECET 2023 Result?

TS PECET 2023 Selection Criteria

Candidates have to clear the following test to get admission in the university.

• Physical Efficiency Test

The candidates need to appear for PET where they will be judged according to the high jump / long jump and other admission criteria. The candidates will be given marks from a total of 400.

•  Skill Test:

After clearing the PET, candidates need to appear for the skill test. This test will be conducted according to the game selected by the candidates.

• Counselling

After clearing all the tests mentioned above, the candidates need to appear for the counselling for taking final admission in either B.P.Ed or D.P.Ed course.

How to check TS PECET 2023 Result?

The university will prepare the TS PECET 2023 rank card based on the total marks secured by the candidate in the entrance exam and incentive marks taken. Given below are marking scheme for TS PECET (as per previous year):

The candidate has to choose any one of the specified games for the skill test for which 100 marks will be given for this section.

TS PECET 2023 Tie-breaking rule

If the score of more than one candidate is same, then the tie-breaking rule will be followed to resolve the tie case:

• Firstly, the marks scored in physical efficiency tests will be taken into consideration.
• In case of a further tie, marks scored in skill test in games will be taken into consideration.
• If a tie still exists, the age of the candidates will be considered. The older candidates will be given priority over younger ones.
• Even after all these, if the tie persists, a common rank will be given. The same will be resolved at the time of admission based on marks in the qualifying exam.

TS PECET 2023 Counseling

TS PECET 2023 Counseling will be conducted through a Web-based counselling process after the declaration of result of TS PECET 2023.
