• The AIMA has released the PBT and IBT dates for the February session of MAT 2023. The last date of online registration for PBT is 28 February 2023 and for CBT is 07 March 2023. PBT is scheduled to be conducted on 06 March while CBT will be on 13 March 2023. Scroll down the article to apply online.

MAT 2023(Feb Session) Important Dates

MAT 2023 Application Form

• The application forms will be available online on the MAT 2023 official website.
• The candidates need to fill in their complete personal, educational, etc. details in the application form.
• The last date to fill the application form is 01 March 2023 for PBT mode.
• The applicant will also have to upload their scanned signature (10 to 150 Kb) and photograph (40 to 150 Kb) while uploading their application form.
• The candidates can also check the status of their application forms after the application process gets completed.
• The applicant also needs to fill their exam choice (computer-based test, pen-based test, or both) and select the Test center of their choice.

MAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality Criteria: Indian, as well as Foreign National, are eligible to apply for this exam.
• Age specification: There is no age limit set by AIMA.
• Experience Required: The working candidates can also apply.
• Educational Qualification criteria: The applicant having a graduation degree also be eligible to apply for MAT. The candidates in the final year of their graduation can also apply for the exam if the candidate will complete his graduation before the admission process.
• Minimum Percentage requirement criteria: The minimum percentage required will be different for every institute or college participating in the MAT entrance exam 2019. The applicants, therefore, need to check the minimum percentage requirement from the website of the institute/university they prefer.

MAT 2023 Admit Card

• The candidates will be able to download their MAT Admit Card 2023 after they have successfully submitted their application form. 
• The applicants will be required to enter their login id to download their admit card.
• The candidates can find details such as time and date of exam, candidate’s name and address, examination venue, etc.
• The admit cards will be released by AIMA on the official website. 
• The admit card will not be dispatched by post to any of the applicants and they need to download their admit card.
• The applicants need to have their admit card with them on the exam day without which they will not be allowed to appear in the exam.

MAT 2023 Syllabus 

• This section will include questions from time and work, percentage, simple compound interest, profit and loss, number system, trigonometry, height and distance, LCM and HCF, ratio proportions, clock calendars, time speed and distance, partnership, etc.

• This section will be based on the topics i.e. English grammar, synonyms, antonyms, reading comprehension, sentence completion, sentence corrections, different usage of same words, one-word substitutions, fill in the blanks, etc.

• In this section, important topics will be data sufficiency, Venn diagram, charts i.e. column, bar, pie, line graph, puzzles, pie chart, data comparison, bar charts and data tables, etc.

• Logical Reasoning will be based on the topics i.e. the course of actions, family trees, blood relations, numeric grid, pie chart, calendar, critical reasoning, multi-dimensional arrangement, syllogism, column graph, critical reasoning, series, visual reasoning, etc.

• This section will contain questions based on current affairs and latest news and other topics like world records, business, books and authors, history, social issues, geography, finance, automobiles, politics, famous awards, and price, etc.

MAT 2023 Preparation Tips

• The candidates need to make a proper time table and follow it properly so that they can be consistent in their preparation for the exam.
• The applicants must know about the exam pattern and topic wise syllabus before they begin their preparation for the exam. 
• The candidates need to be regular in their revision as only revision regularly will help the applicants to get good marks in MAT 2023.
• The applicants need to give as many mock tests as they can and solve all the question papers of the previous year.
• The candidates need to be well aware of the current affairs and the latest national and international news. They can refer to: newspapers; renowned G.K. books such as Arihant, Manorma; and television for the same.
• The candidates must avoid junk food and need to have a balanced diet.
• The applicants also need to have proper rest and practice yoga or meditation to get relief from stress.

MAT 2023 Result

Applicants can check their MAT result 2023 on the web portal of the AIMA. The necessary details are given below:

• The MAT 2023 Result will be declared through both online and offline mode.
• The candidates will need to enter information such as roll number and registered mobile number to download their scorecard and hence check their result.
• The applicants will be able to know about the marks they have secured and also the percentile the candidate has got in the exam.

MAT 2023 Score Card

• The MAT 2023 Scorecard will be dispatched to the candidates by email or post.
• The MAT scorecard will be accepted by many management institutes all over India to give applicants admission into the management programs.
• The candidates can also download their scorecard (online) by entering their login id credentials.
• The applicants need to keep the scorecard safely for further admission process.
• The candidates can apply for a duplicate scorecard in case they have misplaced their original scorecard.
• The scorecard will have 1-year validity.

MAT 2023 Cut Off

MAT 2023 Counselling 

• Some institutions would be organizing GD and personal interview rounds for the same while some institutes would be providing the admission directly based on marks obtained by the candidate in the written test.
• The admission depends on the candidate’s performance in the written test and the candidates need to apply individually to the participating institutes.
• The selection process and the eligibility criteria will be different for different institutions.
• The applicants, who wish to apply to more institutions besides the 5 institutes they have applied to, will need to fill a separate form and pay Rs. 118 for every college through a Demand Draft (DD) in favor of “All India Management Association” payable at New Delhi. 
• The applicants will need to write their Name and MAT Form No. on the backside of the Demand Draft.
