Documents Required for ICAR AIEEA UG 2022 Counselling

Candidate has to bring the following documents along with them on the day of counselling for verification:

1. All certificates and mark sheets/grade reports, in original related to Class 10 and 12.
2. Transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate, Character Certificate from the School last attended.
3. Original Caste Certificate issued by a competent authority,
4. Medical Certificate in case of Physically Challenged (PC) candidates issued by Medical Officer of any Government Hospital.
5. Birth certificate/ Class 10 mark sheet
6. e- Admit Card, hard copy of Online Application Form and letter issued by the ICAR to qualified candidates related to admission.
7. Domicile Certificate
8. Three recent passport size colour photographs with name and date same as the one uploaded on the online Application Form.
9. Aadhaar card or 28 digits Aadhaar Enrolment ID copy. Whereas, in case of candidates from J&K, Assam & Meghalaya, a copy of passport /ration card /bank passbook or any other valid Govt. The identity card as applicable.

ICAR AIEEA UG 2022 Counselling Process

Candidate can follow the below-given steps to know the about AIEEA UG 2022 Counselling Process:

1. Registration

• Visit the official website of ICAR.
• Enter the login details like application no and password.
• Click on the "login" button.

2. Pay the counselling fee

Candidate has to pay them the amount of Rs 400/- as a registration fee for counselling.

Candidates can pay the counselling registration fee by online mode via credit card/debit card / net banking. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.

3. Choice filling

After the fee payment candidate has to lock the choice according to their preferences. Candidates are advised to lock their choices before the last date and if not done then candidate's last saved choices will be locked automatically upon reaching the deadline for choice filling.

The applicant will not be allowed to edit their choice list after the deadline for choice filling.

4. Seat Allotment

After the choice filling candidate will be allotted with seats and after the seat allotment process result will be declared, the shortlisted candidates will then have to download the provisional allotment letter in the PDF format from the website. The allotment letter will consist of the schedule for reporting to the allotted institute. Then a subsequent round of online counselling will be conducted immediately after the reporting will complete.

5. Upgradation process

After the first round of seat allotment will over, the candidate may get allotted 2nd / 3rd or 4th or even higher choice. In some cases, some seats may get vacant due to non-reporting. Candidates who wish to take admission in the vacant seats will have to submit a request to the officials for ‘upgradation’. It will be mandatory for the candidate to first take admission on the allotted seat. There will be two scenarios for upgradation which are given below:

• Candidate cannot request for upgradation at the time of reporting.
• Do not want to continue with the upgradations.

After the upgradation candidate has to contact the university to verify the date of registration and additional eligibility requirements/criteria, if any, for the allotted course, before finally reporting for admission. At the beginning of Classes at the university, documents of all such candidates are checked and in the event of lapses being found, the university may cancel the admission of such candidates.
