ICAR AIEEA UG 2023: Scrapped - Admission Via CUET Scores

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has announced that it will NOT conduct the All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA) for undergraduate programmes in 2023.

Instead, ICAR will use the Central Universities Entrance Test (CUET) scores conducted by NTA  for admissions to undergraduate agriculture programmes.

• The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) will release the ICAR All India Entrance Examination for Admission Undergraduate (AIEEA UG) 2022 round 3 seat allotment list today, January 10, 2023.
• Once the  round 3 third seat allotment list is released, it will be available on the official website - icarexam.net.
• CAR AIEEA 2023 exam will be conducted in  April 2023.
• Candidates who want to appear for the ICAR AIEEA 2023 exam must submit their application form before the last date.

ICAR AIEEA UG 2023 Result

NTA will declare the ICAR AIEEA 2023 Result on the official website.

• The qualifying percentage to qualify ICAR AIEEA 2023 is 25% of the maximum marks considered important for ranking.
• For those who belong to SC and ST categories, there are no prescribed marks as such. Candidate must download AIEEA 2023 result for further process.
• The qualified candidate will be then called for the counselling session.

ICAR AIEEA UG 2023 Counselling

 ICAR AIEEA UG 2023 Counselling procedure includes document verification, choice filling, applying, and seat allocation in web-based mode.

• The counselling procedure is applicable for applicants who qualify for the exam successfully.
• Make sure for keeping the online form safely for future use.
• The candidate must carry admit card and scorecard during the counselling procedure. For the counselling session, the candidate has to pay a registration fee of Rs 2000/-.
• It will be adjusted against the remaining balance at the time of the fee submission. Also, the auto up-gradation of choices will be available in the case, more than one choice will be available for the counselling.

ICAR AIEEA UG 2023 Answer Key

NTA will release the ICAR AIEEA UG 2023 Answer Key after the commencement of the exam. Candidates can check the approximate marks secured in the entrance exam. The candidate can use the marking scheme to calculate the marks. Applicants must save and download the answer key for further process. Challenging of answer key will also be provided by the authority.

ICAR AIEEA UG 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must check their eligibility before applying for ICAE AIEEA for undergraduate courses. Given below the eligibility criteria for Agriculture registration 2023.

The candidate must be a citizen of India national.

An aadhaar card is mandatory except for Jammu & Kashmir, Assam and Meghalaya state applicants. Those who applied for an Aadhaar card and haven’t received it yet can enter the 16 digit number given on the enrollment slip.

Such applicants are also eligible to apply.

• Age: As of 31st August 2023, the applicant must be 16 years old.
• Qualifying Exam: Applicants must have passed the 10+2 standard from any recognized board/university.

• Marks Required: Applicants must have 50% marks in 10+2  if they belong to general/OBC/UPS category and 40% marks if they belong to SC/ST/PC category.

• The candidate must log in with the application ID on the official website of NTA to download their hall ticket.
• The AIEEA admit cards have important details like name, date of birth, venue of the exam and roll number. Check if all details are correct.
• If any mistake is found, contact the officials. While appearing for the exam, the candidate must carry a valid ID proof along with the admit card. Bring any  one of the following documents:
