The university offers online and offline application mode, for which application fees are to be charged online and offline mode. Candidates are advised to visit the website. Scholarship
Students at SPSU can apply for scholarships depending on their academic achievements. To be eligible for these scholarships, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Employees of the SPSU and their dependents are eligible for a fee reduction.
Self/spouse/son/daughter of University personnel are eligible for a 50% fee reduction. Employees' extended blood relatives (brother/sister or son/daughter of brother/sister) are eligible for a 15% fee reduction. This fee reduction will last as long as the employee works at the university. - Fee reduction for the children of freedom fighters and military personnel
Sons/daughters of independence fighters, armed forces/paramilitary forces/police force personnel, and sons/daughters of armed forces/paramilitary forces/police force personnel are eligible for a 25% fee reduction. This fee reduction will be maintained throughout the programme. - A fee reduction is available for the brother or sister of a current University student.
If a brother/sister/husband/wife of an existing University student applies for admission to any programme, either of the students with lower costs will receive a 25% fee waiver. This cost reduction will last until both siblings are enrolled at the University at the same time. - Children with special needs are eligible for a fee reduction.
Differently abled children with a 40 percent or higher handicap are eligible for a 25% fee reduction. This fee reduction will be maintained throughout the programme. - Students that are financially disadvantaged
Students with good grades can petition for a fee waiver by submitting documents proving their parent(s)/guardian's income. The fee waiver will be accepted by the authority once all of the required and relevant papers, as well as the application form, have been received. - For the district topper, there is a fee reduction.
The top CBSE or State Board student in any district in India will receive a tuition cost free for the entire course. Throughout the course, the student must maintain a minimum CGPA of 8 in all semesters. - SPSU students who enrol in the university's next higher degree programme are eligible for a fee reduction.
After completing one degree and being admitted to the next, an SPSU student is eligible for a 25% course price reduction or Rs 30,000, whichever is less. If a student is also eligible for a merit scholarship, he or she will receive a 10% tuition fee reduction rather than a 25% reduction. - Fee reduction for kids nominated by their school administrator.
A student may be offered additional scholarships in addition to merit scholarships if his or her name is nominated by the school principal. Only five deserving kids will be nominated by the school's principal. Students will be nominated only after consulting with university officials, and they must present a nomination letter signed by the principal on school letterhead. This scholarship will only be considered following the student's nomination letter and personal interview.
Scholarships will be available for all years of the programme with a minimum CGPA of 6.5. The scholarship shall be terminated with immediate effect if a student has a backlog in any semester or is terminated due to disciplinary action.
Note: If a student is eligible for more than one scholarship/fee reduction, the highest one will be given priority.
SPS Udaipur Counselling
The SPSAT qualified candidates will be called for counseling in the order of merit based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination. The prescribed fee and the following original documents with one set of photocopies shall be produced at the time of counseling for admission
