Sharda University Admission 2023 Application process

Candidates can apply in both online and offline mode. Check the steps below for both the modes to apply online for Sharda University.

For Online mode of Application

• Candidates must visit the Sharda University official website.
• Fill the basic details on the Sharda admission portal for registration purpose.
• After submitting, candidates will receive a system-generated unique ID and Password (Numeric)
• Candidates must note down the credentials as it will be required during the admission procedure
• The credentials will be sent on the email Id provided by candidates.
• Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria of the courses offered will have to sit for the university conducted entrance exam- SUAT 2023(Sharda University Admission Test)
• For fee payment, candidates can use any one of the online gateway portals only- NEFT/RTGS/IMPS 
• For Offline mode of Application

Candidates can purchase the admission form from the university campus by Depositing Cash at Sharda University Fee Counter. The fee can also be paid via below given options-

1. Depositing Cash at your nearest Punjab National Bank or Axis Bank branch. Please carry a printout of Voucher (Chalan), as a proof of online filling of the application form.
2. Applicants must mention the Name, Father's Name, Contact Number, and Course applied at the back of the DD.

Send duly filled admission form along with demand draft of Rs 1200/- drawn in name of "Sharda University" payable at Greater Noida in the below-given address-

• Photocopy of 12th mark sheet
• Photocopy of 10th mark sheet
• Photocopy of the scorecard for JEE/UPSEE/MAT/CAT/XAT/ ATA/LSAT or any other entrance examination.

• 3 Passport size Photographs

Post Admission fee

After the admission is confirmed, students have to deposit the Admission fee which includes Tuition fee, Cautio fee, Academic Fee, Registration Fee, Hostel and Transportation charges. The fee can be paid via offline and online mode.

Candidates can deposit the admission fee(including all variables) through any one of the given payment portals only - NEFT/RTGS/IMPS. And the amount must be transferred in the below-given bank account details:

• Debit/Credit card swipe at Cash counter. Cash counters are located at University campus, Finance & Accounts section (Block-2 basement)

• Cheque may be accepted from First-year students only

• Fee payment in cash more than INR 1,00,000 is not acceptable in any case in each academic session.
• For newly admitted students, a password will be sent along with the confirmation email of admission.

• Without students, login can pay fees through Paytm app/website using UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / Paytm Wallet.
