GBPUAT 2023 Application Form
The application form of GBPUAT 2023 has been released on 01 March 2023 and due to COVID-19, the last date to fill the application form has been extended till 30 April 2023. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before filling the Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology admission form. How to Fill GBPUAT 2023 Application Form?
Candidates have to follow the steps given below to fill GBPUAT 2023 Application Form :
- Step 1 : Visit the GBPUAT official website.
- Step 2 : Candidates have to login by clicking on New Registration Tab.
- Step 3 : Now, register by filling all the details in the Registration Form.
- Step 4 : After filling in all the details, complete the registration process by online fee payment.
- Step 5 : Proceed by filling all the details in the Application Form.
- Step 6 : Upload you Photo, Signature and Thumb Impression in the defined format.
- Step 7 : Submit all the details and print the Confirmation page.

GBPUAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. The eligibility criteria are listed below.
Age Limit
- Maximum age limit for admission in all UG programmes except B.Tech. and B.V.Sc. & A.H. courses is 22 years (25 years for SC/ST categories) as on 30 June 2023.
- University will provide relaxation to sponsored/nominated candidates.
- For B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree courses the minimum age limit is 17 years and the maximum age of 25 years as on or before 31 December 2023.
- SC/ST/OBC candidates will be given relaxation of five years.
Academics Qualification-
- For UG and PG programmes, only Bonafide Residents of Uttarakhand can apply for the entrance test.
- For M.Tech. programmes (except Agricultural Engineering programmes) admissions will be made on the basis of GATE exam scores and/or B.Tech. marks (if seats remain vacant and no GATE qualified applicants are available).
- In Ph.D. programmes (except Ph.D. in Management) admission is provided on the basis of the Entrance Examination conducted by the University.
- University does not conduct any entrance exam for Admissions in B.Tech. course (except B.Tech. Food Tech.). Admission in B.Tech. programme is provided on the basis of candidates's score in Joint Entrance Examination conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA)
GBPUAT 2023 Admit Card
The admit card of Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology 2023 will be released on 21 May 2023(Tentative) by the official on its website. Candidates will be able to download their admit card from the official website. No candidate will be able to get the admit card from speed post. Candidates are advised to bring their admit card in the examination hall.

GBPUAT 2023 Result
Candidates will be able to check their GBPUAT 2023 results through online mode by visiting the official website of the university. The result will be declared in the pdf format. With the declaration of result, a merit list will also be prepared and be displayed on the official website. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of ranks scored by candidates in the entrance exam.

GBPUAT 2023 Tie-breaking Criteria
In the case, if two or more candidates have scored equal marks or rank, then a tie will be dissolved by the following ways.
- For undergraduates programs, the tie will be break based on the marks scored by candidates in Mental ability, then in Physics and Chemistry and after that in the qualifying examination. If the tie still persists, then a candidate higher in age will be selected.
- For the master’s program, the tie will be break based on the marks scored by candidates in the aptitude test and after that in the qualifying examination.
- For the Ph.D. program, the tie will be break based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam.
GBPUAT 2023 Counselling
The counseling of GBPUAT 2023 will be conducted after the declaration of results. Counselling schedule of GBPUAT will be uploaded on the official website along with the list of eligible candidates for different rounds of counselling. GBPUAT 2023 Seat Reservation
The seat not filled through reserved categories candidates in Ph.D. programmes shall be converted to General Category seats and filled up according to the following table:
