GITAM Admission Test (GAT) is an entrance test conducted by GITAM University for admissions to various UG programmes. GITAM GAT will be held online for admission in UG courses in diverse streams like Engineering(BTech), Architecture(BArch) and pharmacy (BPharmacy) courses. GITAM offers financial assistance to the deserving meritorious candidates as detailed below:

• Branch wise fee concession to top 3000 rankers of GAT 2023 for admission to B.Tech. programs.

The fee concessions will be continued for the subsequent years, subject to scoring 8.0 & above CGPA every year.

• Branch wise fee concession to directly admitted toppers of other common entrance tests for admission to B.Tech. programs.
  The following fee concessions will be provided to the rank holders in JEE Main, AP EAMCET, and TS EAMCET 2023, without appearing for the GAT-2023 subject to their fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria in 10+2 examination.

The fee concessions will be continued for the subsequent years, subject to scoring 8.0 & above CGPA every year.

• Rs. 50,000/- merit scholarships per annum will be awarded to the top 2% of B.Tech. students in each department of the academic institutes of GITAM. (Subject to scoring 8.0 & above CGPA every year).
• Rs. 50,000/- Teaching Assistantships per annum will be offered to meritorious M.Tech. & M.Pharmacy students depending upon the need and availability of suitable candidates, subject to a maximum of three students in each program.

• Admissions to the BTech programs are based on the GITAM Admission Test for Undergraduate (GAT UGTP). To be eligible for these programs, applicants should have passed Class 12 with first class or equivalent
• For M.Tech. programs, applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering. Admissions are done based on the rank in GITAM Admission Test for Postgraduation (GAT PGT) conducted at the university level
• Candidates for Ph.D. programs are selected based on the marks scored in the entrance test conducted by the college at the university level.
• First rank holders of the central and all state board examinations, equivalent to 10+2 will be given admission to the program of their choice, without appearing for the GITAM Admission Test (GAT-UGTP).

GITAM Counselling Call letter 2023

Candidates who will be qualifying the GITAM Admission Test will be eligible to appear for the counselling for the final admission. However, the admission in The Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management is also offered to JEE main qualifiers along with EAMCET qualifiers.
