A student shall be considered pass if he / she secures a minimum or more than qualification points. In theory as well as in the practical paper it is necessary to pass separately. According to the promotion regulations, students who have appeared for the exam shall be promoted to the next higher semester.

BCU Semester Exams
The final exams for the semester shall take place in each course at the end of each semester. The final semester examination is primarily a two-and-a-half hour theory paper. It is the university's duty to administer the theory part of the final semester test. The respective colleges shall conduct the practical exams. ln affiliated colleges, the final practical examination shall be conducted and evaluated by the - nominated teacher from University College.
Revaluation of Answer Sheet
Bengaluru Central University provides an opportunity for candidates who are not happy with the marks they secure to apply for revaluation or may request a copy of the response sheet for review. The forms for the revaluation will be accessible online on the official website of the university. In no conditions does University consider incomplete forms. The candidate will have to apply for revaluation of answer sheet only during the dates set by the authority. Nobody has the authority to apply for the revaluation of answer sheet of any other applicant. After filling the form, candidates have to deposit the requisite fees which will be non-refundable in any case. Candidate will note that by paying the specified fees, only those who have earned 15 per cent or more of the maximum marks in each paper are entitled to apply for revaluation. Open Elective Subject (only theory papers) does not have any provision for revaluation. Fees payable once for the revaluation will not be refunded or changed for future review. The fee structure for revaluation for UG and PG courses will be different
BCU Revaluation Application
In case any student is not happy with his / her score, after the result declaration. He / she should opt for the subject examination revaluation. Candidates can apply within one week to recheck the response sheet and announce the key result. The result of rechecking shall also be declared within a month, students can check the result after revaluation from the official website by following the steps given below to check revaluation result:
- Visit the official website of the University i.e. https://bcu.ac.in/.
- Now go to the examination section contained in the Notification tab.
- Click on the Revaluation Result link available on the notice board tab.
- Now select your courses.
- Enter roll number and then press the submit button
- Result will be appearing on your screen.
- Candidate must print the result for future reference.

Bengaluru Central University (BCU) is a state university which founded in Bengaluru, Karnataka , India in the year 1858. BCU inherits the Central College campus 160-year-old 's legacy. The university is regulated by statutes, laws , regulations, and regulations. BCU also offers Global Studies Centre, UG courses, PG courses and PhD courses. The Departments of English and Kannada were founded at the Central College early on. In 1870, mathematics started to be taught in an structured way. The Department of Physics was founded in 1882.
