Assam Don Bosco University Admission 2022 for B.Tech & Lateral Entry

The university offers B. Tech in five specializations and lateral entry to B.Tech. The minimum eligibility for B. Tech is to pass the 10+2 examination with at least 45% aggregate marks and Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects. For B. Tech lateral entry, candidates have to be diploma or B.Sc. Degree holders in relevant fields from an AICTE approved university.

The selection of candidates in first-year B.Tech is based on the merit in the qualifying examination and entrance test i.e. JEE Main/state entrance test/Don Bosco University Graduate Entrance Test. Admission to second-year B.Tech will be based on the candidate’s performance in Don Bosco University Graduate Entrance Test (DBU-GET).

• Passed in 10+2 with 45% aggregate marks and same aggregate percentage in physics, chemistry, and mathematics is a mandatory requirement to stand eligible for B. Tech admission.

The university offers the following courses through its online study mode in MBA in three specializations, MCA, Postgraduate certificate, and diploma course in communication for pastoral leadership. For MBA and MCA, candidates have to be graduates while there is no specific eligibility requirement for the certificate and diploma course.

• Candidates who have passed graduation and have at least 3-year of full-time work experience in Managerial / Supervisory / Professional roles are also eligible to apply for MBA.
• Graduates with more than four-year of experience in the IT industry are eligible for MCA.

The university offers the following tuition fee waiver and scholarship schemes.
