Amity University Ranchi offers undergraduate programs in Management, Commerce, Computer Application, Arts, and Science in different specializations. For admission in the BTech programme, candidates have to appear in the university-level entrance exam i.e. Amity JEE or national level JEE Main exams. Admission is purely merit-based on qualifying examination. The admission process is conducted in English language test and/or group discussion and/or interview. Candidates can check the below-given post-graduation courses offered by the University. For all courses, candidates have to appear in a university entrance test and personal interview. MBA final admissions are done on the basis of a Management Aptitude Test, group discussion and a personal interview. MBA candidates who have appeared in entrance tests like CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT may be exempted from writing the institute level test. Final selection is done on the basis of an applicant’s academic record, entrance test score, performance in the written test, and GDPI performance.

Amity University, Ranchi provides Application forms in both online and offline modes. Candidates can choose any one option at their convenience and follow the following steps-

Online Application Form

• Candidates need to visit the official website of the University i.e. www.amity.edu/ranchi/
• Register as a new user by filling in the mobile number and email address.
• Next log in with the generated credentials and the application form will be shown on the screen.
• Candidates then need to fill the Application Form and upload a scanned copy of a recent passport-sized photograph and class 10 mark sheet.
• Next deposit the Application Fee of Rs. 1100 which can be paid online through net banking/credit card/debit card.
• Submit the form and keep a printout for future reference.

Offline Application Form

• Visit the official website and download the application form. Candidates can also purchase the registration form from the Amity Ranchi campus.
• Fill the form neatly, using blue/black ballpoint with correct details.
• Application fee of Rs. 1100 can be paid in cash or in the form of a demand draft in favour of ‘Amity Form’ payable at Ranchi.
• Submit the duly filled application form along with the necessary documents.

Scholarships

Scholarships are offered to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

• 100% scholarship is offered to candidates scoring 93% and above in 10+2 and 80%+ in graduation.
• 50% scholarship is offered to candidates scoring between 88% and 92% in 10+2 and 75%+ in graduation.
• 25% scholarship is offered to those scoring between 70% and 80% in 10+2 and over 80 percentile in CAT (for MBA students).
• Sports scholarships up to 25% of course fee is also offered by the institution.
