• The WBJEE 2024 exam is scheduled to be held on April 30, 2024.
• The exam will be conducted in pen-and-paper mode in 50 zones (48 in West Bengal, 1 in Assam and 1 in Tripura).

• Candidates have to apply for West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam Registration online on the WBJEE official website.
• It is not accepted in any other mode.
• Before filling the form, applicants are advised to make sure that they are eligible for the exam.
• There is no need to send a copy of the application form to the authority by post.
• The candidates can register one time only with a particular e-mail ID. If they have to register again, a new mail ID must be used.
• Similarly, name, date of birth, etc., cannot be the same for two different users.
• After filling the application form and making the payment, if confirmation does not appear on the screen, the form must be re-submitted.
• The updates regarding the examination shall be sent via. E-mail only. Hence, the candidates are suggested to give a valid and working e-mail ID.
• The candidates have to check the list of available exam centres before applying to the examination.

Candidates are required to keep a few documents handy before filling the application form for Wbjee 2023. They may be required to be uploaded or required for entering details. The documents are as mentioned below:

• Matriculation or its equivalent certificate

How to Fill WBJEE 2023 Application Form?

The WBJEE 2023 application form can be filled as below:

• Visit the official website of WBJEEB.
• The registration page will be available on the screen. 
• The registration details asked are to be filled in carefully. 
• The details asked are- Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, etc. 
• The details, once entered, cannot be edited. Hence the candidates are advised to enter the details carefully. 

After registration is completed, the other details are to be filled in by the candidate. The website shall ask the candidates to fill in their personal details, correspondence details, educational details. The candidates are advised to fill in these details carefully.

Details to be filled in WBJEE 2023 Application Form

The following details have to be filled in the application while applying by the candidate:

• Personal details: Candidate’s Name, Category, Father’s name, gender, email address, date of birth, nationality, the status of PWD, the status of diabetes of the candidate, etc.
• Contact details: Address correspondence, city/village, district, pin code, mobile number, etc.
• Educational details: Year of passing PG exam, Name of PG exam, State where the institution is located, year of passing/appearing for PG exams.
• Examination Related Details - In this section, candidates have to enter the details of the examination they want to apply for. They have to fill in certain details like:
• Examination Name.
• Name of the Examination city as per their preference.

After this, scanned copies of the candidate’s passport size photograph and signature must be uploaded.

The following are the specifications to be followed:

• Submit the required images after uploading them according to the format and size mentioned. 
• Go to the next step that is, payment. 

• The candidates can make the payment through net banking, credit card, debit card, or Allahabad bank e-challan. 
• Check for the display of “payment successful” and proceed to the next step.

•  After the payment is successful, the candidates will be directed to a confirmation page. 
• Once the confirmation page is displayed, the candidates have to download and keep a printout.

WBJEE 2023 Correction Window

After completing the Application Form process, the correction window will be open by the West Bengal Joint Entra(WBJEEB) so that candidates can make the WBJEE 2023 application form corrections to an allowable extent. Candidates have to regularly visit the official website to know the exact dates when corrections/modifications will be allowed.  No modifications will be communicated through email/fax/mobile.

In case the candidates forget their WBJEE login password, they can reset it using the following steps-

• Visit the official website.
• Click on the WBJEE login window link.
• In the candidate login, click on the “Forgot Password” link.
• Three options will be displayed on the screen to reset password-(Security Question & its Answer you chose during Form filling, verification code sent via text message (SMS) to your Registered Mobile No. and reset link sent via Email to your Registered Email address)
• Enter the required details and reset your WBJEE login password 2023.

If candidates Forgot WBJEE Application Number?

In case candidates forget their WBJEE 2023 application number, they can retrieve it using the given steps-

• Visit the official website.
• Click on the WBJEE login window link.
• In the candidate login, click on the “Forgot Application No” link.
• Enter name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth and security pin.
• Click on the “Get Application Number” button.
• Authority will be sent their WBJEE application number on their registered email and mobile number.
