Uni GAUGE E 2023 Application Form

Uni GAUGE E 2023 application form will be available from July 2023 at the official website. Candidates must read the details given below to avoid any mistake while filling the form:

• Candidates must apply online on the official website only.
• E-mail ID and mobile number should remain the same till the admission process is completed.
• Upload the scanned copy of photographs, signatures, and other documents.
• Candidates must check the application status continuously whether their online application form is received, under scrutiny, accepted, defective, status after rectification, Rejected with valid reason.
• Application fees will be paid through any of the electronic payment modes which are mentioned above.

Documents needed while Uni GAUGE E Application form filling

The applicants will be needed to upload the scanned copy of the following documents/certificates/id proofs while filling the online registration form:

How to Apply for Uni GAUGE E 2023 Application Form?

• Personal information (name, date of birth, personal mobile number, parents’ name, parents’ mobile number, etc.). Please note that the name of the candidate in the online application form must exactly be the same as per the qualifying degree certificate.

Uni GAUGE E 2023 Application form Correction 

The ERA Foundation allow making changes in the filled form. The candidates can change/modify selected information furnished in the online application.

• The facility is provided to the candidates to rectify uploaded images of photo, signature, and academic details. 
• Before changing the information, candidates are advised to verify the entries completely for their correctness, once the changes are submitted, any further request to change the same will not be entertained and the application will be processed following the changes made.

Uni-Gauge 2023 Biometric Verification

Candidates intending to take the Under Graduate Entrance Test 2023 may be required to undergo biometric verification. It is a procedure one must go through before and after the examination. The admission process also has biometric Verification. The biometric verification is done to ensure the fairness of merit students and remove fraudulent candidates. It is planned to use Biometrics (Fingerprinting) at various stages of the process and this would be done at the discretion of Uni-GAUGE. Mismatch of the verification is, unfortunately, disqualify the candidate and his/her admission process too and hence, will not be allowed to participate in seat selection or admission in UG. Further, impostors are liable for criminal prosecution.

Uni-GAUGE 2023 Test Centers

The test cities are allotted to the candidates based on first come first got. However, ERA Foundation reserves the right to allot any other test city other than the city chosen by the candidate. A candidate can choose 3 cities according to their convenience at the time of the application process. The option of the city chosen by the candidate cannot be changed by the candidate later on under any circumstances. In case of non-availability of the city, you choose the authority can give you a different city among the selection you made in the application form The allocation of centres is done through a computer-assisted randomization/optimization process.

Uni GAUGE E 2023 Admit Card

Uni Gauge E 2023 Admit Card will be released through online mode. Applicants need to download the admit card online from the official website. Applicants will be required to enter their login credentials to download their admit card. Also, they must have their Admission Ticket while giving the exam. Furthermore, applicants need to carefully keep the admit card/hall ticket with them till the admission procedure.
