LPUNEST 2023 Important Dates: For B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, Law, PhD Admission

LPUNEST 2023 Important Dates will be announced by Lovely Professional University, Ludhiana. The dates for the LPU National Eligibility & Scholarship Test for various courses are different. The online registration will start in the 1st week of December 2022 onwards The Lovely Professional University National Eligibility and Scholarship Test will be conducted twice, Schedule I is from 01 to 10 March 2023, and Schedule II is from the 4th week of April to the 2nd week of May 2023. After appearing in Schedule I, if candidates want to improve their score may also appear for Schedule II. The best score out of two will be considered for the final calculation of cutoff/rank. LPUNEST 2023 Application Process
Candidates who are eligible for filling the application form can apply for the exam in online and offline mode. To submit the application form in online mode, candidates should visit admissions.lpu.in to complete the application process. On the other hand, candidates who want to apply offline should reach to the University campus and collect LPUNEST kit by paying the requisite fee.

LPUNEST 2023 Eligibility Criteria
For admission to BTech Programmes at Lovely Professional University, candidates need to fulfil the following Eligibility Criteria.
Nationality
Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply for LPUNEST (BTech)
Qualifying Examination
Applicants appearing for LPUNEST (BTech) should have either completed or shall be appearing in 2023, in final examination of 10+2 from Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi) or The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE, New Delhi) or State Board or any other Council, Institution, college etc. The board must be recognized by Council of Boards of School Education (COBSE), New Delhi or any other concerned apex body.
Eligibility Criteria in the Qualifying Examination:
- Candidates must have passed the exam with 60%* aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English) subject to qualifying LPUNEST (B.Tech.)
- There is 5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants as far as passing marks in qualifying exam are concerned.
- There 10% relaxation to outstanding Sports Persons (i.e. A/A+ category as per Sports Scholarship) as far as passing marks in qualifying exam are concerned, Subject to verification from Selection committee of the University. The selection committee must comprise Head (DSW), Director Sports, Deputy Director Sports, Concerned Coach and VC Nominee.
Note: In case the applicant falls in both categories, then only one relaxation will be given.
For B.Tech. Biotechnology (BT), B.Tech. (Food Technology), B.Tech. (Biomedical Engineering)
Subjects considered: Physics, Chemistry, English & either Maths or Biology or Biotechnology; other things remaining same as above.
For B.Tech. Chemical Engineering (CHE) and B.Tech. (Petroleum Engineering)
Subjects considered: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English; other things remaining same as above.
