GITAM GAT UG 2023 Application Form

• Applications must be obtained through the post from the Director of Admissions, GITAM University.
• A request should be sent in written on plain paper containing the candidate’s name and complete mailing address accompanied by a Demand Draft of Rs. 150/- drawn in the favour of GITAM University payable at Visakhapatnam.
• Application forms will also be available at selected branches of Union Bank of India, Karur Vysya Bank and Indian Bank.

• Candidates have to complete the registration process by visiting the GITAM official website.
• After that need to upload the required documents in the online application form.
• Confirmation of the Application and take a printout of the same for future use.

GITAM GAT UG 2023 Application Fee

• Online Mode: Through Debit card/Credit card (Visa/ Master Card) or Net Banking.
• Offline Mode: Send a copy of the application form along with a Demand Draft (DD) amounting Rs. 1000/- drawn in the name of "GITAM University", payable at Visakhapatnam at the Address below.

GITAM GAT UG 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• Citizenship - Candidates must have Indian citizenship.
• Educational Qualifications - The candidate should have cleared their Intermediate/10+2/12th examination from a recognized State/Central Board, either in 2020 or 2019 and must have secured the following mentioned marks (different for different programmes):
  • B.Tech: Pass with 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination with Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects.
  • B.Tech Biotechnology: At least 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination with Mathematics / Biology, Physics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects.
  • B.Pharmacy: A minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Biology/ Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the qualifying exam.

GITAM GAT UG 2023 Admit Card

The GITAM GAT UG Admit Card 2023 will be available on the official website of Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management. The admit card will be available online.

Besides this, the candidates need to follow the given guidelines to download their GITAM Admission Test Hall Ticket.

• Applicants are supposed to download their Admit cards from the official website as the Admit Cards will not be sent by post to any applicant.
• Also, candidates should carry their admit card with them on the exam day without which they will not be allowed to appear in the exam.
• Besides this, applicants will be required to enter their login credentials (Login ID and password) while downloading their admit card.
• The candidates must immediately contact the university officials if there is any discrepancy found in their Admit Card as any mismatch of information on the admit card will not be entertained on the exam day.

GITAM GAT UG 2023 Result

• The conducted authority will release the result on the official website in the form of PDF.
• The result contains details of shortlisted candidates such as name, roll number and marks for the qualified candidates.

GITAM GAT UG 2023 Counselling

• Candidates eligible for counselling will be issued call letters with the time and date allotted for the counselling.
• The same should be downloaded from the website and carried to the counselling centre.
