• BITS Pilani has initiated the registration process for BITSAT 2023 session 2 on May 24, available on the official website.
• Candidates have the opportunity to fill the application form for BITSAT session 2 from May 24 to June 12.
• The BITSAT phase 2 exam is scheduled to take place from June 18 to 22.
• For candidates who appeared in the BITSAT phase 1 exam, there is an option to request a change in the test date until May 26. If approved, these candidates will have to take the BITSAT exam on May 27.
• BITS Pilani commenced the BITSAT 2023 phase 1 exam on May 21, with exam dates spanning from May 21 to 26, 2023.
• Candidates appearing for the exam can download their BITSAT 2023 admit card from the official website.
• After the completion of the test, candidates will be able to view their BITSAT scores on the screen, which will indicate the number of correct and wrong answers along with the overall score.
• On the following day, candidates can also check their BITSAT scorecard on the BITS admission website.

BITSAT 2023 Application Form

BITSAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria 

• Exam Qualification: Candidate must have completed their 10+2 level or any equivalent exam from any recognized board/University.
• Subject Qualification: Applying candidates must have passed their 10+2 level exams with their core subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Also, he/she must possess proficiency in English.
• Qualifying Marks: Candidates must have an aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects. In each of the subjects, he/she must have scored 60% marks.
• Appearing: Only Candidates appearing in the Class 12th exams or who have passed the 12th examination in 2023 are eligible.

• Qualifying Exam: Applying candidate must have passed their 12th level exams or their equivalent exam from any recognized board/University.
• Qualifying Subjects: He/she must have passed their Class 12th exams with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics as the main subjects. Also, he/she must have adequate proficiency in English.
• Qualifying Marks: Candidates must have scored an aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics subjects. In each of the subjects, he/she must have secured 60% marks.
• Appearing: Only Candidates appearing in the 12^th level exams or who have passed the 12th examination in 2023 are eligible.

BITSAT 2023 Preparation Tips

To score average marks and rank in exam, candidates can look up to the following BITSAT 2023 Preparation Tips:

• Make short notes covering all important points and concepts.
• Solve BITSAT previous papers and BITSAT sample paper.
• Check the BITS Pilani Syllabus online before starting the preparation.
• Give the test as much as possible and analyze each test.
• Candidates should be able to manage their time wisely to not get exhausted during their study time. A proper schedule should be made and followed.
• Since the Exam has negative marking, the students should appear for the examination with a clear mind and should be sure about the answers he/she marks. 
• If the candidate is not sure about the answers, it would be advisable for him/her to leave the space empty and not mark any wrong answers. 
• While studying, students should take enough breaks to make sure that their mind is calm and composed.

BITSAT 2023 Admit Card

• The candidates should take a printout of the admit card to be carried to the exam centre.
• The details of the candidates and the exam centre will be mentioned on the BITSAT Hall Ticket 2023.
• Candidates must show the Admit Card on-demand for entry to the Examination Hall. 
• No candidate will be allowed to appear for the test without an admit card.
• If the candidates are found carrying any textual material, printed or written, bits of papers or any other material except those mentioned above inside examination Hall will be debarred from appearing the examination.
• Mobile Phones, Bluetooth devices, Calculators, Slide Rules, Log Tables, Electronic Watches with the facilities of the Calculator are not allowed in the Examination Hall. Possession of such items during the Examinations may lead to cancellation of the candidature exam.
• No candidate, without the special permission of the Centre-in-Charge, will leave his/her seat or Examination Hall until the duration of examination is over.\

BITSAT 2023 Result

• The candidates will be able to see their BITSAT 2023 results on the computer right after the completion of their test.
• The result will be displayed in terms of several total correct and incorrect answers, with the score.
• The candidates will also be able to check their score reports on the BITS admission website on the next day of the test.
• The aspirant can also take a printout of the score report for further use.

BITSAT 2023 Inter-Se-Merit 

When the score of two candidates is the same then the following criteria will be followed to break the tie:

• First, their scores obtained in Mathematics/Biology (For B. Pharm) in BITSAT-2023 will be considered for separating them.
• If the tie still exists, then their scores in Physics will be considered for separating them.
• The further tie is eliminated using their Chemistry scores.
• Finally, their PCM/PCB (for B. Pharm) total marks in the 12th examination will be considered for their separation.

BITSAT 2023 Merit list and Admission Procedure

The admission to the courses offered under the BITSAT paper will be based on the performance of a candidate in the exam.

• A candidate needs to clear the minimum cut-off marks to make it up to the merit list.
• Only those candidates will be called for admission whose name appears on the merit list.
• The authority will publish two separate merit lists for the B.Pharm course and other courses respectively.
